In early March, we purchased a 2nd property in Florida with the help of Erin Halstead. What is important to note is that she not only did her job as an agent, she did more than what was expected. In fact, Erin has continued to go out of her way on many occasions when she didn’t have to or need to. Erin Halstead handled the valuation, marketing/listing, and sale of our lots. Even with some unresponsive buyers holding things up, Erin stayed in touch and worked diligently to solve the holdup, and got the closing to happen. Erin’s listing included photos of our property that you didn’t see with other listings and I realize this is a seller's market but those kinds of extras typified Erin’s commitment to excellence. It’s also likely the reason our lots both sold in a week while other lots linger on the market. Erin is a pro's pro. I say that because I’m a real estate investor and have worked with many agents and Realtors in the industry. You get to know a gem when you see one and Erin is just that.
